overview of firm

Fiona offers an important supporting service to clients with an interest in having foreign nationals work for them in the United States.

There is a natural overlap between the interests of business clients in structuring and running their businesses (a) for the maximum business benefit and that (b) will also allow them to bring in overseas nationals to assist them develop and run their businesses.

This natural overlap requires a combination of the type of advice a business lawyer would provide that client and the type of advice provided by a specialist immigration lawyer. What is critical is the effective coordination of the advice offered by each legal specialist.

Michael has worked with Fiona for many years and she now continues to provide his firm with the specialized immigration law expertize our clients often need.
